We get it, the last 365 days on earth have been crazy and these last 365 days have made us realize that we have to make our body, literally, capable of withstanding any new infection that takes on the world. Certainly, boosting our own immunity is the need of the hour.

And when we say we want to boost our immune system we mean that we want to increase our WBCs, anti-bodies, and B-Lymphocytes, and T-Lymphocytes and at the same time reducing the number of oxidative compounds (free radicals) that are in our body.

Tulsi: Tulsi (Basil) is common in almost every household in India and immunity-boosting benefits. There are different variants of tulsi like Rama Tulsi, Krishna Tulsi, and Vana tulsi that can be consumed for different health benefits.
